Nominating Committee Report, IPC Pam Butler is the Chairperson of the 2012 Nominating Committee. No other nominations were received by the Secretary, on the date specified in the By-laws for presentation to the membership and a motion from the floor provided for a single unanimous vote to be cast by the Secretary Tom Kenavan for the year 2013, at the Delegates meeting held at Bodkin Yacht Club on August 18th, 2012 As required by the Constitution and By-Laws of CBYCA, the 2012 Nominating Committee, consisting of, Chairperson IP/C Pam Butler, Del Tom Cusick, Del Deb Noon, P/C Martin Weiner, P/C Karl Homberg, Del Tom Mannion, Del Jo Spencer, has selected the following slate of candidates for the 2013 elective offices to be voted on at the August 18, 2012 Delegates meeting. All of the candidates selected have expressed their willingness to serve. Nominating Committee Report, IPC Pam Butler is the Chairperson of the 2011 Nominating Committee. The CBYCA Delegates voted at the Official CBYCA meeting held at Baltimore Yacht Club with a full Quorum. The following individuals were sworn into office and assumed full duties It was the Determination of the Delegates that the new BOG should begin their work for the CBYCA during the interim period between the election and the November meeting. The purpose is to afford time to work with the existing BOG and have a better running start for the new year. The new BOG will assume office responsibilities at the beginning of the November meeting in accordance with the By-laws.
