One of the primary purposes of the CBYCA is to protect the interests of boaters through legislation and interaction with national, state and local boating and waterway organizations, public and private. To this end, we have forged a "Legislative Confederation" that has broadened the power base, strengthened the boaters voice and offered the opportunity for more people to participate. We commend our partners for their dedication and commitment to work together on mutually beneficial issues.
