THE CHESAPEAKE BAY YACHT CLUBS ASSOCIATION
      First Annual Commodores’ Summit

      Recommended Attendees:
CBYCA Member clubs 2019 and 2020 Commodores, Vice Commodores and Treasurers.
      * For space considerations, this event is limited to the first 130 RSVPs

      Purpose:
To create an environment for CBYCA Member clubs to openly discuss topics with peers, and provide a means to support CBYCA Member Clubs in their future sustainability and growth. Clubs will be able to discuss their concerns, and identify and/or share possible solutions. Ideas will be shared. Connections will be made. Notes will be taken and distributed.
This will be a professionally facilitated workshop – so plan on contributing and being creative!
Tickets to this Summit are FREE.

      Scope:
Attendance and discussions will be limited to CBYCA member clubs. Future Summits may include the participation of outside resources as requested.
We are asking each Club to bring their Commodore, Vice-Commodore, and Treasurer. If you wish to bring an additional attendee from your Club, we ask that they be a relevant officer and limit each Club to a max of 4 people.

      Outputs:
      • Attendee Contact List
      • Results of the 2019 CBYCA Member Club Survey
      • Notes captured from the individual groups/workshops
      • Next Meeting Logistics/Administration
      • Action Items/Owners

      Dress/Attire:
Since this will be an all-day workshop in a room with 130+ other people, please plan on dressing casually (jeans, golf shirts, etc.). Not that we don’t like seeing everyone in uniform, but we want everyone to be as comfortable as possible.
