Please find attached the detailed PDF output from Survey Monkey for the data captured by CBYCA for the Summit. As stated during the Summit, this data is cleansed to the extent necessary to ensure the anonymity of respondents, while conveying the outcomes captured. We will not be providing data below this level of detail under any circumstances to protect the respondents and Clubs.

These have been captured in 2-up format to conserve you paper when printing and keeping them compact for emailing to you.

NOTE: As Dan expressed during the Summit, this data MAY NOT BE USED by any commercial entity for any purpose other than servicing any CBYCA Member Club.
